Session Rates

Depending on the service type and session goal, appointment session length varies from 60-120 minutes. With Corey sessions default to 2 hours, while sessions with Rowan default to 60. However, insurance may not always cover more than 60 minutes of daily services, so with insurance based payments we may only be able to carry out 60 minute sessions depending on your plan.

Paid At time of service:

  • Sessions with Corey: $150-200/hour (sliding scale if paid at or before time of service. You must request sliding scale or we default $200/hour.).

  • Sessions with Rowan: $125/hour.

Paid After Time of Service:

  • $200-300/hour, procedure dependent. Our fully detailed fee schedule can be found here.

  • This higher rate is due to increased cost in time to secure payment, the cost of billing and collection, and other expenses, so we strongly suggest paying at or before the time of service. No-show and late cancellation fees are described further on our policy page and are not covered by insurance.

Paying With Insurance:

We can generally accept all auto insurance plans (such as Farmers, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Geico, etc.) and workers compensation cases when a personal injury protection claim has been filed, regardless of fault. Corey is only in network with Blue Cross, but we are happy to see if we can bill your insurance out of network. Rowan is currently in-network with Providence, Aetna, Blue Cross (including Regence, Anthem, Premera and other Blue Cross entities) and Kaiser (CHP/Heraya Health.). We are also always happy to take HSA/FSA payments (Health Savings Account/Flex Spending Account), and we do provide out of network billing for your convenience in most situations.

Being in-network does not guarantee coverage, with actual coverage varying policy to policy. Each insurance company and plan may have a different rate for our services and any mixture of deductible obligations, co-pays, coinsurance, and out of pocket maximums. We would be happy to help you find the relevant details of your coverage and your personal costs for our services through your insurance plan when possible, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the information your insurance company gives us is accurate, and to pay for anything not covered. We do our best to minimize surprises, but unfortunately we only have so much control around insurance policies and behavior.
