Session Rates

Depending on the service type and session goal, appointment session length varies from 60-120 minutes. Most sessions with Corey will be 90-120 minutes, while most sessions with Zea will be 60-90 minutes. However, insurance may not always cover more than 60 minutes of daily services, so with insurance based payments we may only be able to carry out 60 minute sessions depending on your plan.

Paid At time of service:

  • $100/hour.

Paid After Time of Service:

  • $200-260/hour, procedure dependent.

  • This higher rate is due to increased cost in time to secure payment, the cost of billing and collection, and other expenses the cost of sessions paid after time of service is larger, so we strongly suggest paying at or before the time of service. No-show and late cancellation fees are described further on our policy page and are not covered by insurance.

Paying With Insurance:

We can generally accept all auto insurance plans (such as Farmers, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Geico, etc.) and workers compensation cases when a personal injury protection claim has been filed, regardless of fault. We are currently in-network with Providence, Aetna, Health Net, Blue Cross (including Regence and Premera) and Kaiser (CHP). We are also always happy to take HSA/FSA payments (Health Savings Account/Flex Spending Account), and provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company when we are out of networt. We do work with United Healthcare often on an out of network basis, though it is varies by plan if this is allowable.

Being in-network does not guarantee coverage, which varies policy to policy. Each insurance company and plan may have a different rate for our services and any mixture of deductible obligations, co-pays, coinsurance, and out of pocket maximums. We would be happy to help you find the relevant details of your coverage and your personal costs for our services through your insurance plan but it is your responsibility to ensure that the information your insurance company gives us is accurate.

Regardless of the service, we are always happy to work with cases of significant financial need, but can make no guarantee as to what we can offer, and will review these situations on a case by case basis.
